Orders are delivered within 4–6 months after purchase. For approved rush orders, delivery may be reduced to 2–3 months, depending on the design’s complexity.
Complimentary shipping is offered on all online orders. Please allow for potential delays during holiday months (October–January).

We ship via trusted carriers including DHL, UPS, FedEx, Royal Mail, Chronopost, and Aramex.

Taxes & Duties

Your order ships on a DAP (Delivery At Place) basis. This means:

• Import duties, local taxes, and customs fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

• These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and must be paid upon delivery.

• All applicable fees are calculated based on your shipping destination.
