Made-to-Order Policy
Each bridal gown and handmade veil is crafted especially for you in the closest standard Australian size based on our size chart. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item has a genuine manufacturing fault.
Please confirm all measurements carefully before placing your order.
Order Changes
Changes to your order may be made only before confirmation by Jorge Manuel Inc. Any price differences must be paid at the time of change.
Alterations
Your piece is made to standard sizing. You may choose to have it professionally altered for the perfect fit—all alteration costs are the customer’s responsibility. If your measurements change after order confirmation, you are liable for any fit-related adjustments.

We recommend trying on your item as soon as it arrives. If you have concerns, contact us within 7 days at:

All returns are inspected for quality. If approved, we will issue a refund (minus original shipping fees) or process an exchange. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing. You’ll receive an email confirmation once complete.
