Jorge Manuel opened his atelier studio in 2007. Since then, the company has undergone several changes, from producing custom gowns exclusively to private clients, to being the manufacturer for many stores that carries the Jorge Manuel line globally. Jorge Manuel wedding gowns are available for purchase and sold online at jorgemanuelweddings.com, as well as many retailers around the world.

The company is composed of a family of seamstresses that have been working with the designer since the atelier opened.

The designer is blessed to work with individuals who have learned the trade from their mothers and grandmothers. They bring to the table, this “old-world,” approach to sewing that is very difficult to come by today. This requires more extensive hand work in their projects, eliminating computers and volume that other bridal business focus on. Jorge Manuel is all about exclusivity – “Quality not Quantity.”
