It was on one of his visits to Europe where the designer fell in love with the romance of the gardens of Versailles — one of the world’s most stunning gardens.

“It was a privilege to be among the enchanting flowers and picturesque scenery. The fragrance from these different blooms transcended through the air and their colors became a visual banquet for my eyes. I knew I would have to create a collection inspired on the architectural structure and beauty of these flowers,” recalls Jorge Manuel.

The journey began shortly for the designer thereafter. Jorge Manuel had a clear vision of what the FIORE COLLECTION 2014 should look like.

“I wanted everything in this collection to feel magical! I wanted to translate the same emotions I felt walking through those gardens into fabric form,” says the designer.

The concept for the campaign collection would include a stunning garden filled with both scenic fantasies in hues of Yellows and Golds. The FIORE COLLECTION 2014 is photographed in a place where both reality and dreams collide.

The FIORE COLLECTION 2014, composed of 18 dresses, is an homage to the magic of nature. The designer studied each flower the gowns have been named after. It took months to study their structure. It was only then that he was able to use pattern paper to actually design the fabric for each dress — bead by bead. Jorge Manuel truly captures “Haute Couture” into each of his wedding dresses by having created the fabric itself for this collection.

Jorge Manuel brings to life a collection that is fresh and bold, yet timeless. It is a collection that speaks to the bride who truly wants “that something ‘gorgeous’ and ‘uniquely’ different in her dress!”
